Nate and I were talking and I was telling him how I want to get into better shape then I am now. So he has desided to put me on a strict diet and exersice schedule. It sucks but I know that it is worth it. So in order for me to stay with it. We have desided that if I eat something that I cannot have or don't work out I can't get on the computer or see my friends. There for I know that I will stay with it.
